I’m Nataliya Redina, an expat psychologist in The Hague and Haarlem, offering CBT therapy for expats, internationals, and couples. I provide individual therapy and relationship counseling in English, Greek, and Russian, both in-person and online. My approach is culturally sensitive and focused on helping you reduce anxiety, strengthen emotional resilience, improve relationships, and regain a sense of balance and meaning while living abroad.

With years of experience in Clinical Psychology and international professional environments, I offer a unique combination of expertise in mental health and an understanding of the emotional and professional challenges faced by expats and internationals. Together, we create a safe space for emotional expression and meaningful reflection. Drawing on evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I tailor each approach to the individual needs of clients navigating personal, relational, and cultural transitions in a diverse and evolving world.
