“I wasn’t fully aware of what CBT was, but I’ve benefited greatly from learning about the connection between thoughts, actions, and how I feel about myself and my practice. Starting out as a career coach was quite frustrating because I needed to develop the right tools and build confidence to guide my clients effectively. Your ongoing positivity and insights continue to be invaluable.”
